Focus DSCR was designed to give real estate investors a better lending experience. We met countless real estate investors shunned by banks that are unwilling to lend in the single-family rental space. We’ve also met many investors  that were led on a never-ending wild goose chase by other DSCR lenders. Our singular FOCUS is providing easy access to capital for real estate investors through our DSCR platform.

We currently only lend on non-owner occupied investment real estate in the following states: AL, AR, AK, CO, CT,  DE,HI, IN, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MS, NE, NH, NM, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, WA, WV, WY.
